From my viewpoint, your wish is stronger then your vision. As I see it, she just bounce her foot in the air, kinda nervously.

But thanks for the tip! =) I may be wrong, but from my viewpoint it is not a heelpop.

I can definitely sympathize with your wishful thinking, but as far as I could see that's exactly what it was. Believe me though, I understand and have even posted very similar questions myself.
