Hi guys, here's some caps of the lovely Emma Spencer who's a presenter for Channel 4's "Morning Line" programme. Unless you really like horse racing then she's the only reason to watch!!!

She's doing some seated heel pops in flats which is unusual as she usually wears heels so I'm not complaining!! Links to videos to follow....
