Honestly it's not impossible... This show is aired in the middle of the night so unless you have insomnia and/or you have to get up really early to go to work, chances are you won't watch it lol.
Anything that could make the buzz is good for them, they know people are mostly watching to see beautiful ladies and not for the reading itself and I wouldn't be surprised the ladies themselves are aware of that and play with it
They even have an erotic session once in a while with a lady called "Nephael" where she's just reading while laying there in her lingerie (see here for example : http://www.d8.tv/d8-divertissement/pid5 ... id=1368723), can't be more obvious than that :-p

It looks they are shoeplaying on purpose just like the TV call girls in channels like Playboy, babestation etc. I'm sure they are aware of shoeplay and foot fetish due to the messages of the viewers. If the messages are too many they will do it to have more views.

I was just looking at random videos on Youtube and saw a load of these videos. This is incredible!! There are several different girls and all eventually start shoeplaying at some point in the videos. We really need a show like this in America. I especially love it when they kick off their heels and lay on their side shoeless!

Just search for "Voyage Au Bout De La Nuit" on Youtube, you'll find plenty I'd say almost all containing shoeplay have already been posted here, the rest is mostly showing the ladies being shoeless on the couch.
