She has a talented toe. Probably could do other things with them as well.
Her feet are little big for my taste, but I probably wouldn't tell her to take her foot out of my crotch during dinner.

And that, I believe, is the unspoken philosophy of many of us.
There are quite a few women out there who, although judged attractive by the masses, simply do not appeal to me. Julia Roberts, for example. However, as you state, if she were doing that to me I would not stop her.
Hmm, this is an interesting point you raise here ILF. I'll have to think about the reasoning behind this some more.
