Looks like Strictly Come Dancing might be having the desired effect on her feet (it certainly worked for Susanna Reid!) - here's a video of the lovely Charlotte doing a seated heel pop! OK, I'll admit it's partially obscured by the chair leg but any shoe play from Charlotte is like rocking horse poo so enjoy! Hopefully she'll have a long run in the dance competition.....
