Italian movie "Calamo"

Strange 1976 movie about guy who wants to be a priest and his family disapproves. There is a dinner scene where his sister is seated across from him and extends her shod foot into his crotch. Not the best of scenes. Before that his father is shown with his shoe off and a huge hole in his sock at the front with his toes extending out. He rubs between his toes with his fingers and then smells and licks the fingers. Also a girl that the parents want the guy to be interested in sits beside him and has her skirt pulled up and her hand inserted in her panties. She then smells her hand.
