Natalie Portman's slipping slingbacks

Natalie Portman over the years has constantly worn slingbacks to events or even in her own private time and on many occasions her straps have slipped off her heels. In fact I've counted over 20 times where Natalie has ended up with one or both shoes flopping loosely without her straps on her heels. I love how she keeps wearing the same shoes even though thy keep slipping.
Can anyone else find more pics of Nat's troublesome slingbacks?
