You'll obviously notice this: The beautiful ladies are Asian. In other words, it's not that hard to indulge them in something like this ( trust me). I'll bet the gentleman who took these remarkable pics will tell you the same thing. Nine times out of ten these ladies will comply - very willingly - with your "foot" requests. (That's why I highly recommend these women as your mates:))
On the other hand, one really has to have major "balls" to do this at an American or Canadian carshow? Geez, the North American culture is so uptight about stuff like this. For instance, It's very strange that a North American woman will dress her feet superbly in hose, heels and toe rings, yet expresses a weird look when complimented on her feet. Hmmm...
