Stuff like this always intrigues me, unless it was absolutely essential to the scene. If it isn’t, why did it happen.
A) was she trying to show character was bored
B) is this just something she does subconsciously
C) did the shoe really bother her and just left it in the scene.

My guess would be answer B, besides these shoes are a bit loose I already saw her do minor heelpops with them in previous episodes, like this one while being seated:
I'm just surprised they left it in the final cut but maybe they just don't see it (in the sense that a shoe hanging from a feet is nothing special to non-fetishist people) whereas for us it's the first thing we notice.
Anyway I certainly won't complain about it

I have a Good Doctor clip of her kneeling and the back of her foot popping out of her sneaker. She seems to like loose fitting shoes.
