Male or female feet

The original comments with this photo indicate feet are possibly male or female. What do you think? Can you believe any person would expose these extremely ugly feet on a plane?

Scroll to photo #2. After some thought I am sorry to say I think they are female feet as I don't think a male would position them that way, based on my flying experience.
