Two things,
Where are the feet shots?
Why are you using upload? There are plenty of free host sites that are free and do not throttle your download speed or make you wait with a timed delay. mega.nz, google drive, microsoft drive, mediafire.

Using that site is not ideal, but it's not one of the worst out there (not much ads at least).
I'm downloading the video. If it doesn't contain the feet scenes, he's banned (he already got a warning about it).
