These Show Frustrate the Hell out of Me

100s upon 100s of these shows, tons of high heels, tons of opportunities to shoeplay...and nothing (not that I've watched every one of them). Is it against their religion to show their feet...I doubt it. Do we really think the producers of the show tell them not to? Sometimes it looks like are uncomfortable, but then nothing.
