I'm not sure whether she qualifies as a celebrity, because she's rather unknown, but she was starring in a Russian TV series "Prosecutor's inspection" (Прокурорская проверка). Here in this episode she's struggling with her newly bought boots and takes them off when she gets an opportunity.

Can't give you an exact season and episode number because it's inconsistent in different sources. Episode's title is "Территория риска" (Area of risk).
