You can tell she does not feel confident or sure of herself yet. It's almost like she thinks she is going to get into some sort of trouble. Diana or Monika needs to let her know that it's ok if she slips off her heel to get a little comfort. Give it some time. Rebecca was the same way. She did nothing for at least the first year. Then she started watching Diana doing her shoe play. Before we knew it, she had become someone that shoe play guys could not get enough of. Even Monika does a little now and then.
