WWE wrestler with a foot fetish

I have to look up his name. I know it begins with "S" and sounds German. He's a "freaky" looking guy but his character has a foot fetish... LOL! They always show him admiring the WWE Divas feet. He's a fan favorite, but I wonder if they are just making a joke of us?
