Pulls foot back and forth from the strap. Swings foot forward into dangle then resting on the chair leg. she does this several times, each time ending at the chair leg. She did cross her legs once...foot pulled from flip flop and resting on the back of the shoe. Heel is on the chair leg. Forward a little, just under the strap. Pulls the flip flop back with her toes and with foot in flip flop sets it on the chair leg.
Legs Crossed dangling. Foot stationary.
Legs uncrossed foot back a little but under the strap of the flip flop
Crossed again, no movement. natural dangle.
No movement, boring dangler. A few slow toe lifts but thats all.
Feet disappear behind a computer.

Pulls foot back and dips then crosses them again.
