I don't remember that show being on air for long, not even two months, so it has to be in the first 8 episodes.

Actually, it lasted an entire season. but the episode number eludes me - it had to do with this woman he had the hots for McManus and her boyfriend proposes to her and Kevin, is upset b/c he wants her and he know she wants him as well.

I never saw any footsie on that show.
But I will tell you this. Of all the women on the show, I most wanted to see the redhead's feet. I had a feeling she had the hottest feet of them all because she was the least attractive woman on the show.
Personally, I thought she was hot. But when you put her against her boss and the blonde Kevin used to date, she would be considered the Black Sheep.

After some review, I think it was episode 17. which was called, Only Sixteen.
The show did have a full season (22 episodes), on the now defunct UPN station.
