I think he means a guy playing with a sleeping girl's feet, on himself, correct? With out her knowing?

You are exactly right. I did that a couple of times with an old girlfriend who wore rht ph all the time. It was a HUGE turn-on!!!! Wish I had her back for that reason only...long story.
