Is she dangling?

I figured you guys would be the experts, her legs are crossed and you can see her heel.

Aah, the lovely Kiran, sadly I don't think she's dangling, I think the reason we can see her heel is that she's wearing slingbacks, judging from her foot that's on the floor.

I am not trying to be nasty but maybe you should post definite dipping or dangling action instead of wondering if she is or isn't.
