Movie "Jacknife" (1989)

Kathy Baker comes into a garage where Robert De Niro is working under a car. She stands beside the car and runs a foot, in a flat shoe, up and down between his legs. He slides out from under the car. It's in the last 15 or 20 minutes of the movie. Not to my taste but is using foot to seduce.
