Will you EVER learn our rules? EVER?
EVERYTIME you post something from your site you ALWAYS find a way to break the rule about spam. It's clearly written there that you are allowed to add your website address ONLY in the signature and WITHOUT any kind of slogan. Is it THAT difficult?!?!?!?
Learn from Lory, of Lorysfeet.com. She is posting quite often and NEVER breaks rules.
I am TIRED to correct your messages EVERYTIME. Ok?

you didn't read what I wrote apparently; I mean it's ok with me if you've developed some kind of PRoblem with me and my posts. I didn't Include my signature b/c of the Link I left - that link was not a slogan, they were intructions for anyone who wanted to see the VIDEOS - this is, afterall, a VIDEO Section. I dont run 1 website, I run 3. Don't people need to know which "ONE" of those sites to visit for more of what's above??? Don't they need to know what page "specifically" to visit?
Well that's all I did.
What's funny is I purposely Unchecked the "attatch signature" box below to Try and MEET your rules. You just find stuff to complain about with me, that's all. That's why I haven't posted anything here in about a year.

You just didn't understand the rules. The only place where you can post a link is your signature. You wrote:

That, in my opinion, is a slogan. Because it actually invites people to go to your site to see more. We apply this rule to EVERYONE.

So what if I have a video, but I can't embed it in this BBCode board. Am I allowed to post a Link To that video like all the other people who link to various sites with videos?

It depends if the video is linked with the main purpose of advertising another site or not.
So the best way, if you want to be sure, is to get in touch with the staff before posting that video, showing what you want to post.
