For those of you who are familiar with the U.S comedy show 'The Nanny' this clip is from the Polish version 'Niania' - almost a carbon copy of the original series.

In fact some of you may recall the original version of this clip - where Nanny Fran and her boss are stuck in an elevator. Here Fran's role is played by the actress Agnieszka Dygant. I've posted another clip of her previously (currently on page 2 of the 'Pictures & Videos - Female' section of the forum).

Did they also redo the episode from Season 1 of the Nanny where the daughter wanted to become a model and the Nanny revealed that she was a former foot model and they showed close-ups of her bare feet posing for pictures during the end credits? That was awesome.
