Here is a 2006 Univision interview in Spanish. Shakira shows her dirty soles at about the 4:55 second mark in the long interview. She says her soles of course get dirty when she performs barefoot and since she has just come from the stage she lifts both soles, shown in close-up. The interviewer says a little dirty (they are really dirty) and asks how is the massage after and Shakira gets a sad look and says gets no massage.
