I came across this on youtube. Not the case where I am from lots of Middle Eatern women wear hose.

I agree, but Middle Eastern women and Indian/Pakistani women are very, very different. Middle Eastern women wear mules and hose a LOT...Middle Eastern women are from Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, etc.
