Hi nyllover, its from a BBC Three comedy show called 'The Visit'. The actress in the scene, Katherine Kelly was just making a cameo appearance in the show. It seems to me, and I could be wrong, but it seems to me that she was sent to "please" some con. No... if you got it in slow motion it's because it has a really HIGH quality... and your computer may be too slow to play it properly
