I'm not sure if he actually did the capping, but I'm sure he can point you in the direction of whoever is responsible.
Here's another cap from a different episode, and Ripa has the same green mules on. Her outfit shows them off better, as well as her tight little ass and very shapely legs.

As for the image , it's a capture of a scene in the episode titled "Anger Management". Season 01 Episode 10. To add to the scene , we get to see Kelly Ripa's tattoo right above her , um , behind
in the scene. I have this episode and wouldn't mind making a clip of it if you really need it.
So, even if he won't do the video (i obviously told him to do it only when and if he can), we know the exact episode to look for, and that's not too bad
