Frustrating, Frustrating....

This is the kind of stuff I have been seeing over the last month and this is how close I have been getting.... but damn it all of sudden, these perfect shots are useless because no is shoeplaying... man it's getting frustrating!

There is definitely a conspiracy against us Mr.Mike.Either women wear boots or those bellbottoms where you cant see anything but you know they are wearing heels or they go bare.
Because of these fashions I don't chase around for dippers because its almost a lost cause.
Food courts are the place I have the best luck with and I get a few quick glances at work but can't lurk and leer because that could be considered sexual harassment.

Its just gotten to the point where I just watch dipping/dangling shows on the internet.I can watch them anytime and rewind and don't have to worry about getting caught

it's just been bad luck. The good thing is I have seen a lot of women in heels and nylons/tights! The bad part is the ones I've been close to nothing has happened, with the exception of that woman I followed last week that was a gem.
The one in the picture, the way she walked I thought for sure she was going to dip... oh well, keep hunting!

I have bad luck too.
When I go to the shopping I don't see girls dipping...and most of them are wearing sandals...not high heels.
But good times will come for us! Mr.Mike and Footsiefreak.

I've been getting lots of good dipping. I'm just struggling to get the pictures. Here in Florida the "winter" months are great for dipping.

Well you guys are ahead of me. My town has 200 people in it, of which 57 are family. The cows out number the people by about 500 to 1 and the sheep population is just as close.
Being in Maine, right now the majority of those women (family members or not) are wearing wool socks and muck boots. The only dipping we see are when the sheep get their annual sheep dip (for ticks) and the only popping that happens is the sound of guns going off come hunting season.
This is not the place to have a shoe/heel fetish for sure!
