HSP, I have no idea why that happens. I do not make any adjustments to the camera inbetween those shots, I can't figure out why some go full size and some don't...

How did u upload the pics to the Imagevenue host site? The same way u did with the first? If so, i think its likely your mobile phone d/sized your pic setting automatically because it was low on memory (to store the pics) Check that u have set the pics taken to be stored in 'external memory' and then make sure u have a memory card with high capacity.
