It took some digging, but I remember this episode Arnal and his friend are hiding under the teacher's desk and boom.. she walks in a sits down.. crosses her legs a few times.. and the removes her high heels and you can see her stocking foot in between the two boy's faces. (What foot fetishist hasn't had this fantasy?? Right:)

The Episode is in season 7 Episode # 6 . The episode is called" Arnold and Lisa's Mother"
