Hi guys, here's some caps of the lovely Emma Spencer who's a presenter for Channel 4's "Morning Line" programme. Unless you really like horse racing then she's the only reason to watch!!! :superlol:

She's doing some seated heel pops in flats which is unusual as she usually wears heels so I'm not complaining!! Links to videos to follow....
