well, the program is really about giving young ladies all sorts of fashion n beauty tips...and this part which features the 4 ladies "swapping nylons" is really just a game segment in this episode... as Doc said, its a "hose-wearing" relay race where the first would put on the nylons, run over to her partner, pull them down while her partner pulls it over n puts them on...all with their feet lifted n staying intact. Whichever pair of ladies with the most sides of stockings transferred from one to the other wins the race! Stupid but eye-candy i guess!
