"La frígida y la viciosa" has footsie scene. Sara Mora (I think) is in black hose and shoeless as she and guy sit on couch drinking. She turns sideways and puts her foot on the outside of his thigh, rubbing it. She also rubs her drink inside her legs. Both get aroused as the rubbing continues. I think film was also released as "Frigid Fantasies." I could not find any evidence it was mentioned previously in the forum.
