How do you feel?
This may be an old subject and an old post. Just wonder how you guys feel about this foot/shoe type of material. Do the thoughts consume you or do you have an already "typically" normal sex life?

Not all consuming. I have many interests and spread my time and thoughts between them. As I've stated before in other posts, you must work to balance all things in your life.
If it becomes overwhelming then seek help, only not a therapist like Randy Spears chose in Hot Legs.
That will just make it worse.
