I have just watched it and it looks like the same girl is doing it. If you look closely, you can see her reinforced heel, it looks like she is barefooted, but she isn't, and at the end when she gets up there isn't another girl near her. The other girl is sitting on the same side as the guy. Look at the girl's heel.

Exactly! We Kelly Hu fans have hawkeyes. We love looking at Kelly... lol! The one girl has all of the sexual expressions on her face and both shots are facing the same way, so it is her foot in both shots!
