Haha.: being friends sort of sucks to me. How about anyone else. I have heard from other guys that they have a tough time being "friends" with women they are attracted to. Being in the friend zone is living death for male/female relationships. At this point the only way you'll attract her attention as a romantic interest is if you become rich.

Don't continue to waste your valuable time on her. Move on to another woman who is interested, or could be interested.
