Its all of the above.Footsie to me is using the foot to seduce a person under the table so the person could rub someone elses foot,leg.crotch etc.

That's a pretty good summary Footsiefreak. I guess I would expand it to something like, "when a woman uses her foot, shod or unshod, to covertly touch another person under a table with the intent to sexually arouse the other person."

Footsie can be used playfully, or for seduction. I prefer the latter, like in the "Titus" clip.

That is an excellent question, Wsrfr. Footsie is defined when one touches another's feet and or legs with their own as a playful way of expressing one's romantic or sexual feelings toward that individual. MY definition of "footsie", which is MY personal and ultimate favorite, is to simply touch someone's feet with your own under the table, usually in order to show sexual interest in them. And it doesn't have to be under the table, although it's common to do so. Nonetheless... I LOVE FOOTSIES!!!
