Banned YouTube Clips, re-sold on C4S? Illegal?
Maybe I am wrong. If I am, I am sorry!
I came across a few vendors and clips on C4S and noticed something fishy and strange. The clips were all posted on YouTube by the original authors and then removed and banned by YouTube for violations. However, it appears that these clips that are up on C4S now are NOT posted by the original author, instead maybe posted by people who saved these videos and then are selling them. I am saying this because I recognize candid works of DIFFERENT authors and channels on YouTube but are in the SAME vendor on C4S.
Again, maybe I am wrong but I want to show examples:
This is 1 suspicious vendor
http://www.clips4sale.com/studio/71320
-The clip by the name of "Ferragamo Flats shoeplay" seems to be the work of Elvisrock20 when he was still on YouTube.
-The clips by the name of "Ferragamo Dangle" and "Ferragamo Dangle (part 2)" seems to be the work of the banned account of the current YouTube user "Footsie Asianshoeplay" by the URL: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoOfS-b ... Ptw/videos
You can see that the vendor has works of different YouTube authors, and the some of the videos sold on the vendor are still available on YouTube posted by Footsie Asianshoeplay's channel!
Here is the other, OBVIOUS, suspect
http://www.clips4sale.com/studio/27274
If you look at its clips, they are ALL from different YouTube channels. Some are banned, some are still up and running.
-The clip called "Aamzing dangler" on the vendor site is simply "Even more 3" by http://www.youtube.com/user/lestat280454/videos
-The clip called "Close up shaker and dangler in flats" is simply "Beautiful Feet [117]-[120]" by joeywafflez3" at http://www.youtube.com/user/joeywafflez3/videos
-The clip called "MOccasins shoeplay" is simply "Sweaty Moccasins 1-4" by "James Jackie" at http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6BHnXoe7MxVhTWuGE2CkOA
-This is BEST EVIDENCE. The clip entitled "Part2 Blondie under the desk" is simply "Blond Bombshell" uploaded by wreck, a contributing member of this forum, who posted his clips at http://www.crazyforfeet.com/phpBB2/view ... hp?t=13081 and the stolen content is really just his! I think wreck is elvis btw.
Am I mistaken? Or did I found people trying to make money on contributions by people who film candid?

I've noticed another, equallly galling phenomenon. If you search "shoeplay" on youtube and sort by upload date, you'll see that someone is uploading the same dozen or so clips over and over and over again under different screen names, and has been doing so for several weeks.
Something is definitely fishy here. It would appear that people that people trying to hock other content are trying to piggy back off the shoeplay community (and probably as many others as they possibly can).

I think the only way to protect from this is to put a watermark over videos (bottom right corner, in example). Personally, i never post anything that i own online unless i first put a watermark on it.
And guys, if some of you don't know how to put a watermark , please do contact me and i'll be more then happy to help you: it makes me sad to know you stopped posting videos only because of this problem. Again, i can help you in adding watermark to your videos...just contact me and we'll work together on this.

One reason why I don't post full scenes on Youtube, and watermark each one, with a URL to purchase. The lows that people will sink to, just to make a quick buck, are quite startling. I too have noticed the pattern of these particular accounts that usuallyright10000 was talking about. With videos getting flagged, accounts getting suspended, and videos getting stolen, is it any wonder that the shoeplay scene on Youtube is but a shadow of what it once was, during YouTube's early days? The Pedal Pumping scene has been knocked down some notches too, for these same exact things. It's really quite sad. It's like the foot community can't have any kind of safe haven without some knucklehead(s) messing it up for everyone else.

I'm also a witness to that...and honestly, Youtube has been falling off for awhile now; because you got these dummies that constantly keep flagging (It's done on purpose no doubt cause they probably use a yt downloader, get the vid, then flag it which leads to the C4s spots)..there is one c4s site that I can't remember (ran into it randomly), but it had a couple of youtube vids from that dude that got banned, "Blahfeet"..one was 7 minutes, and was being sold for almost 15 dollars. I'm like really? It IS a shame that people are that desperate to get money; and will do damn near ANYTHING to get it..

See, stuff like that is gonna not only make it difficult for people on YT, but also those using C4S. It's gonna get to the point, where an honest fetish....producer (not sure what word to even use), is gonna have to jump through a ton of hoops, just to get his videos uploaded onto the site. With YT being so wide open, it's hard to crack down on fraud. The best thing to do, I suppose, is to do like Nyllover suggested and watermark your videos. Perhaps, the harder it is to get away with the stealing, the less of it, we'll see.

I concur. Furthermore, everyone who produces videos ought to start doing this, to thwart off the video theft. I also need to take my own advice. :\KMFDNFAN wrote:just water mark your videos somewhere in the corner of the screen where it won't get in the way of the foot action and I'll happily buy from you.

The strange thing is that YT bannes users with double standards. I was banned three times in the past and that was enough for me. From that time I am kind of boycoting YT and watch it very very rarely. On the other side I know many paysites that can have their videos uploaded for ages and happens nothing. In two occasions two guys have purchased videos form me and put on YT and they were not banned although I have written to the support. They told me, it is not enough evidence that the videos are originally mines. What a stupid gang! When a TV broadcaster complains about footage on YT, they will took off immediately. That's again double standard.

Youtube doesn't give a fuck about copyright infringement. This has already been settled in court in their favor, and a large part of their traffic is generated by content from outside sources like clips from tv shows and music that people have illegally uploaded. (Illegally, yes, but there's nothing that can be done to stop it and Youtube certainly doesn't want to.)
Shoeplay however is a little too close to porn. If porn gets uploaded, Youtube's staff is on it right away and that shit gets taken down post haste.
Why?
It's not because they find porn "offensive", but rather because if you allow porn you're flooded with it, and before you know it you've got a site that's mostly porn. For a while -and by a while I mean four or five months- there were some relentless assholes who kept posting hardcore porn "teaser" videos (basically adds for another site) with shoeplay in the tags (along with about 500 other keywords). There'd be about thirty duplicates of the same two or three videos uploaded every day, almost as fast as they were taken down.
I fucking hate spammers. If I were emperor for a day I'd have them lined up and publicly executed. And I really mean that.
At any rate, there's no double standard here. The single standard being applied is whatever makes them most money(or is perceived to make them most money).

Uh, OK, what should I write here...
Sweet and to the point:
My strong preference is for seated, both-feet shoeplay. Dangling, and shoeplay with open-toed shoes or mules, I'm afraid don't do as much for me.

Actually content from several german TV channels were taken down from YT, because those channels were complaining to them about copyright. Among those content were eg. shoeless hosts in a morning talk show, but also some other programs which were just ordinary programs.notalwaysright10000 wrote:

As said already, Youtube is one of those sites where the copyright issue is taken seriously. We had some of our videos taken down after we submitted a regular DMCA form, where you just need to give proof about who's the owner of the video.notalwaysright10000 wrote:

On the other hand...Youtube is the WORST site to post anythin "erotic" on...because from one day to another they can decide to pull it off for whatever reason...
