The idea is a very arousing, and it makes for wonderful film/story fodder.
In reality though I think it would be a situation to avoid. Unless this is a "swinging" type encounter and an agreement has been made beforehand you should get out of that quickly.
When you are dealing with sexual contact involving work and you intend to stay within the system then it's best to keep it in your pants (unless of course you have something you can blackmail your boss about.
).
There are too many things that can go wrong, and I'd just assume save bother and keep life as simple as possible.
Some people do it and get away with it. If that's you then fine, but just be aware of the myriad of horseshit that can be thrown your way from a legal standpoint if things go sour and she's bitter about it.
To escape the scenario you describe, a discreet activation of your cell phone with an "emergency call" should allow you to leave without further problems.
There's plenty of USDA choice pussy out there who don't work for you or with you in any way that you can chase and have give you footjobs. It's safer and you face less potential problems.
Temptation can come in many forms, it's up to us to weigh the risks and act accordingly in each individual case.
