Do they know?

Sometimes in public especially when I catch some wild dangling or out of this world continuous dipping. I try not to stare of course, sometimes I am sure I get caught looking and they still do it. Sometimes it seems they do it with even more vigor as f they know what they are doing. At moments I notice they are either looking at me or in my direction. Is this all in my head or has anyone else here experienced that?

It's all in your head, especially regarding dipping. I kinda have the idea that, maybe, danging can be considered a teasing thing even by some women...but dipping...not really....

I think they know what it can do. In high school, the girl beside me in Algebra, had her legs crossed and was wearing her usual loafers. I heard her mutter under her breath, "Get out of the way, Mr. X, so I can dangle my shoe." The teacher was at the front of the aisle and would have had a perfect view if she had dangled. Another day I was leaving the grocery store and as I walked toward the exit, this beautiful black woman in high heels at another check-out did a really loud dip. I couldn't help looking at her and she looked back and gave me a great smile, like she appreciated that I noticed what she did. Before, she looked really tired, like she had just come from a long, hard day at work. But she really lit up when I looked at her and she must have known just how much I liked what she did.

Yes feature I have had very similar experiences and it just seems like they are aware. The smiles especially. And the direct eye contact looking down at her feet and then looking back up at you. Has that ever happened?

I think many women are barely aware that they're dipping at all, never mind aware that it can be a turn-on.

I was talking to a female friend/dating prospect one time, and I explained the attraction of watching a woman dipping (she knew I had an interest in shoes and feet). As I explained the process, she admitted that she was sort of surprised; just that afternoon, she had been in a bookstore browsing. While she was at the shelves, she would slip one of her heels off and rest her foot on her other foot. She just figured it was a little habit she had. Over time, she said that the more she paid attention, the more she realized she did it; if she was reading, she'd always take a shoe off. She had no idea it was anything attractive.

I've talked to one woman who knew the allure of shoeplay before I introduced her to the idea. To be fair, she liked her own feet, and she'd dated a guy who liked her feet before. Every other woman I've discussed dipping with has been vaguely aware of the habit at best, and oblivious that we're interested. Once aware, though...

I disagree with you Nyllover women have power dipping as well

They could be facing you and capture your attention and tease you just as much.
