the film is called "Ispector Cliteau in the pink panties" released at 1985. the scene is so hot and funny at the same time .......... inspector is trying to solve a murder he saw .the lady or the maid had done it. he sneaked under the table to hear while the lady and the maid were drinking. they suddenly start to play footsie with each other and he is stuck in the middle .so instead of that , they play footsie and give him footjob at the same time .......
