Possible scene in NYPD Blue

I found this in a search for NYPD blue

"As Flies to Wanton Boys Are We to the Gods" (9/30/97):

The steamiest of all the Simone/Russell love scenes takes place, appropriately enough, in a bathtub. Diane, wondering when Bobby might get around to proposing marriage, puts her foot in his crotch; faced with such a vulnerable position, he suggests she name a time and place and he'll be there. "Right here, for the rest of my life," she says, then releases him from her clutches and dives in for more.

Dont watch this program but something to investigate

The episode will diffuse on French TV tomorrow night (3 Canal).

I plan to record it, but I have only VHS recorder and when I put the clip online, it's on black and white with poor quality!

If someone has the message and has a numeric recorder... let's go.

I will inform you asap if there is a footsie scene.

After a long time ... buy a digital recorder and capture the scene ... i introduce you the full scene (1:41).
But all is subjective, we see woman's feet but not the feet on crotch. We can only imagine this and maybe an hand job under foam.
