That's only one little part of that episode and of the entire series. There's also an artwork book out there that's really good. The manga author has built a whole world around that teacher (who as you see doesn't mind after school tutoring) and the girls at the school in their hose and heels and flats. Miru (or black) Tights is the name of the series.
