Slingbacks?

I have wondered for a long time why women wear slingbacks; esp dressy ones, but even casual ones. My sister wears only dressy slingbacks and I think it is because they fit her better. But they don't seem to be very popular around here and I would really like to know THEIR reason for wearing them.

I forgot to add: my ex never wore them even though I told her they would probably fit her better. I even bought her nice pair and she still would not wear them. She would just say she didn't like them. But then again she was generally stubborn and didn't understand or care to understand my fetish anyway. That is why she is not my g/f anymore!

It seems like I always forget to mention something. If guys could ask their g/f or wives why they wear slingbacks, I think it would be interesting; not only to me, but maybe to others also. Of course this would probably only apply to those guys who are comfortable with the idea (of asking)

I may run (another) poll if I can figure out how to word it.
