Guy is lying on his back and actress Luciana Littizetto (comedienne and not so attractive) waves her bare foot in his face, wiggling toes. Then she rubs the foot on his face. I'm not exactly sure what was going on as I only saw it with Italian dialogue but I assume it was to excite him.
