Lol, that's just TOO much information from you bigfoot!!

But you're correct about the girl in the clip being Nici Sterling. Unfortunately the dubbing deprives us of hearing her gorgeous English accent.

As for the film? (don't you Americans normally call it 'movie'?!). Well its a 1997 production called 'Shameless Desire' and this clip comes from the final scene in the film/movie -
